Service Description
We offer a wide range of audio and visual equipment for rent. From microphones and speakers to lighting and fx, we’ve got everything you need to make your event a success. Contact us today to learn more about our equipment rental services. WHAT COMES WITH THE PACKAGE: Equipment rentals will come with everything you'll need for successful operation of your desired equipment rental. Speakers will come as a pair and have tripod speaker stands and IEC power cables. WHEN WILL MY EQUIPMENT ARRIVE: After reservation of your rental equipment, everything you reserves will arrive to you specified event location no later than 2 hours prior to your event start time. Someone from our team will arrive to the event venue no later than 30 min. prior to you specified event end time for pickup. If you desire a different drop off time please specify in your booking form or contact us at your earliest convenience. If you do not see the equipment you're looking for please contact us as soon as possible for more information. !!ATTENTION!! You may need power extension cords for equipment power. Also speakers will NOT come with XLR cables (audio cables)
Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION: Upon client's signature, MixStar Audio will reserve the time and date agreed upon above. For this reason, the Reservation retainer of 50% is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the event is canceled for any reason, including an act of God, fire, extreme weather, and/or any other reason beyond either parties control. In the event the client needs to reschedule the agreed upon services, the client will be permitted to do so no later than 14 days prior to event date and a new retainer fee will not be required to reserve the rescheduled date so long as the two parties agree on the rescheduled date. The reservation retainer is to be paid at the time of signing this contract. The reservation retainer is applied towards the total contracted amount. If the above-mentioned reservation retainer is forfeited, an additional retainer of 50% will be required to secure a new service date, unless otherwise discussed and confirmed in a written agreement by MixStar Audio.
