Service Description
Need to make the dance floor shine? Our Lighting fixtures can fill the room with strobe, darby, spotlighting and lasers. WHAT COME WITH THE PACKAGE: After selecting your desired lighting equipment, you will receive the lighting fixtures fully charged if they are battery powered. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE: After making your selection your desired equipment will arrive no later than 2 hours prior to your specified event start time. A team member will return to your event no later than 30min prior to the end of your event for equipment pick up.
Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION: Upon client's signature, MixStar Audio will reserve the time and date agreed upon above. For this reason, the Reservation retainer of 50% is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the event is canceled for any reason, including an act of God, fire, extreme weather, and/or any other reason beyond either parties control. In the event the client needs to reschedule the agreed upon services, the client will be permitted to do so no later than 14 days prior to event date and a new retainer fee will not be required to reserve the rescheduled date so long as the two parties agree on the rescheduled date. The reservation retainer is to be paid at the time of signing this contract. The reservation retainer is applied towards the total contracted amount. If the above-mentioned reservation retainer is forfeited, an additional retainer of 50% will be required to secure a new service date, unless otherwise discussed and confirmed in a written agreement by MixStar Audio.
