Service Description
We offer quality aluminum plywood 4'x4' stage decks capable of 16'x16'x4'h 9,800Ibs capacity. Choose the square footage you're looking for right from your device. If you do not see the stage size you're looking for please contact us for more information. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Staging packages include all pieces and equipment needed for stage assembly, package pricing also includes set up and labor costs as well as drop off and pick up of staging equipment. Stage will come with everything you see in the picture (including 1 stair case) WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE: Stage and staging crew will arrive at your event venue location no later than 2 hours prior of your event start time to ensure a timely set up and 30min. prior to your specified event end time. If you prefer to specify a different arrival time please include that information in your reservation form or reach out to us at your earliest convenience.
Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION: Upon client's signature, MixStar Audio will reserve the time and date agreed upon above. For this reason, the Reservation retainer of 50% is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the event is canceled for any reason, including an act of God, fire, extreme weather, and/or any other reason beyond either parties control. In the event the client needs to reschedule the agreed upon services, the client will be permitted to do so no later than 14 days prior to event date and a new retainer fee will not be required to reserve the rescheduled date so long as the two parties agree on the rescheduled date. The reservation retainer is to be paid at the time of signing this contract. The reservation retainer is applied towards the total contracted amount. If the above-mentioned reservation retainer is forfeited, an additional retainer of 50% will be required to secure a new service date, unless otherwise discussed and confirmed in a written agreement by MixStar Audio.
